Private Aviation, Independently Managed

FlyJBL helps companies and families manage private aviation as the significant, recurring expense it is.

As an independent aviation advisor and charter partner, we provide the oversight and sourcing behind every trip. We do not own aircraft, maintain fractional inventory, or represent any single operator. Every recommendation is based solely on your mission, preferences, and best interests.

The gap

A Fortune 500 company doesn't let its CEO book charter through a broker.

Large organizations use dedicated flight departments to source aircraft, vet operators, negotiate terms, and manage every trip. But that level of oversight can cost $5 million or more annually—making it impractical for most companies and families.

Yet many businesses, family offices, and high-net-worth families still fly 25–150 hours a year and spend $200,000 to $2 million on private aviation. They need the same safety, discretion, and operational rigor, but without the cost of an in-house flight department.

FlyJBL provides that missing layer: independent, flight-department-level oversight without the overhead.

A partner, not a rep

One experienced aviation professional who understands your aircraft preferences, airports, crew standards, calendar, and expectations—and manages every detail on your behalf.
One number to call. One person who answers.

The Standard

Every operator is vetted for every flight. Insurance, maintenance records, and crew standards are verified for each booking—not assumed from initial enrollment.

Full-market access.

FlyJBL holds no fleet or fractional inventory. We match each aircraft to the mission—not a proprietary program—and price every flight against the live charter market through a vetted operator network.

A record that holds up

Every cost is visible—operator cost, FlyJBL margin, and total. Quarterly reviews give leadership a clear view of aviation spend, built to withstand budget scrutiny.

private client group

A flight department without the expense of one. A dedicated aviation partner, sourcing across a vetted network of operators, negotiated pricing disclosed line by line, the FlyJBL Travel Desk from door to destination, and a quarterly review of the whole category.
One annual fee. No capital, no expiring hours, no minimums.

No fleet to manage.
More options to deliver.

A company that owns aircraft has an interest in flying them. A company that runs a fractional program has an interest in filling it. FlyJBL holds no fleet, no fractional inventory, and no obligation to any single operator — which means the aircraft recommended for a given trip is the aircraft that fits the trip.

All flights are operated by licensed FAA Part 135 air carriers exercising full operational control. FlyJBL performs the department's work; the operating burden and liability sit where they belong.
